Cleaning Instructions
Canvases:
To keep your framed canvas print looking its best, follow these care instructions:
Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause fading over time.
Regular dusting: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust from both the canvas and frame.
Avoid water and cleaning solutions: These can damage the canvas surface.
Handle with care: When moving or adjusting your framed canvas, be gentle to prevent damage.
Remember, these instructions are specifically for framed canvas prints. For other types of canvases, it’s best to consult the specific care instructions provided with the product.
Plexiglass & Any type of Frames
We recommend regular dusting of your framed prints (which include Plexiglass) with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust buildup. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions on the canvas or frame. It’s also important to avoid exposing your framed prints to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.
Our frames feature clear Plexiglass for protection. When you receive your frame, you’ll notice a protective film on the Plexiglass which can be easily peeled off.
To clean the metal or any other type of frame in connection with your prints, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust and fingerprints. This method is similar to how we suggest caring for framed canvas prints. For more stubborn dirt or grime, you can slightly dampen the cloth with a small amount of water, but avoid using any cleaning solutions as they may damage the frame or print. Be careful not to let any moisture come into contact with the print itself. After cleaning, make sure to dry the frame thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth to prevent any potential damage from moisture.
