Refund & Cancellations Policy
This article explains the difference between refunds and payment cancellations, two separate financial procedures that affect your transaction differently.
While both actions involve financial adjustments, they occur at different stages of a transaction and have distinct implications for your transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot do any refunds for COMPLETED transactions and here is why:
A refund reverses a fully completed transaction.
This will not be possible because once you have fully completed the transaction your order then goes through directly to our printers and cannot be stopped and the printing process will already be in progress.
If you receive a product that is not satisfactory and or there is a discrepancy with your product you can contact us and we will communicate to get you a replacement asap through the email icon above or through our envelope link on our website.
What is a Payment Cancellation?
Payment cancellation happens ONLY before a transaction is finalized.
This means abandoning the cart or not finishing check out on a purchase before it is go through completed to be printed.
When you cancel a payment, it’s as if the transaction never happened. There won’t be any record of it in your transaction history.
Key Differences and When Each Action Applies:
The critical difference lies in the timing and impact on your transaction history. A refund reverses a completed payment, leaving a record of both the original transaction and the refund.
In contrast, a payment cancellation prevents a transaction from being completed, leaving no trace in your transaction history.
