Refund Information & Instruction

Customers may be eligible for a refund if dissatisfied with a purchase.  

We want you to be over joyed with the quality of the products that you order and receive through Knightsbridge Images. 

If you are not happy with the quality of any product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and we will do everything we can to investigate the issue and assist you further to find a resolution.

  1. We have a 30-day 100% quality satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the product quality, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and we will be happy to investigate the issue further.  
  2. Our quality assurance team will validate your claim. If approved, we’ll typically offer a complimentary replacement order first.
  3. If a replacement isn’t feasible or you can’t wait, we can provide a refund.
  4. For specific issues like print size or color discrepancies, you can request a refund or reorder.
  5. To initiate this process, provide a detailed description of the issue and pictures showing the problem by email. 
  6. Address must be 100% absolute when placing the order with us on any of our selling platforms.

Yes, our customers may  cancel an order, however we cannot cancel it if it has crossed the first four stages of production and has been printed and shipped. 

 

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all order details including files and shipping information before proceeding to checkout to prevent any errors. * If a mistake is identified in the file or address, or if an order needs to be canceled for any other reason, it is possible to do so only if the order has not been sent for the printing phase. Please also be sure measure as well as check all measurements and dimensions before placing the order on our site. 

 

 

You must contact us by email as soon as possible through our contact page. Once an order’s status progresses beyond the “passed” stage (meaning it has been marked “Printed or Shipped”), modifications or cancellations are no longer feasible. The order will proceed to be printed as initially placed. 

 

* No refunds are issued for orders returned from the postman due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection. You will be charged for the new order. 

 

* If the return reason is other than an incorrect address or recipient rejection, please get in touch. 

 
Returns Policy
 

*A simple “change of mind” return is not allowed once the transaction is complete. Also, it is not allowed within or after the 30 days of receiving the product. 

Important: Please be sure you definitely want the product(s) before  placing an order.

 

Returns are very different compared to the following and general criteria of:  refunds, cancellations, replacements, lost,  stolen, lost in transit, defective or damaged, rejected by the recipient, wrong address or unclaimed. 

The reason behind this rule is because the item(s) that you purchase are processed through a print on demand platform service for personalized product(s) for every order requested.  The service is then immediately sent and fulfilled to our production print specialists directly from your check out cart and then shipped. 

 

 
Exchanges
 

If you need to report  a lost/damaged item please contact us.

The products are printed on demand, so again, this is why we don’t except “returns”.  We will need photographic evidence of the damaged item as we will provide this to the our supplier in order to have a new product sent out. 

 

 
Wrong Address/Rejected by the recipient:
 

If you provide an incorrect mailing address  when placing an order or an address which is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned back to the warehouse and disposed of safely. Should you want to replace the order with an updated address you (the customer placing the order) will be liable for the costs of a new order and the cost shipping.
